Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to My Precious ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Reme path, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.

My Precious is designed with privacy at its core. We intentionally collect minimal personal information — you do not need to create an account or provide your name or email address to use our service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Content you upload: When you seal a piece, you may upload an image and text. This content is stored publicly and associated with your chosen piece number. We do not link this content to your personal identity.
  • Piece number: The numeric identifier you choose for your piece. This is not personal information unless you choose to use personally identifiable numbers (such as a phone number).
  • Payment information: Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Airwallex). We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Airwallex's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.

2.2 Information Automatically Collected

  • Session data: We temporarily track active sessions to display online user counts. This data is stored in memory and cleared when your session expires (typically 60 seconds of inactivity).
  • View counts: We increment view counts when a piece is viewed. This is anonymous aggregate data, not tied to individual users.
  • Log data: Our server may automatically record standard log information including IP address, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps. This data is used for security and debugging purposes and is not linked to your identity.

2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use minimal cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences (such as language selection). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that track you across websites.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our service, including processing payments and sealing pieces.
  • To display public content (images and text) associated with sealed pieces.
  • To show aggregate statistics (number of sealed pieces, online users, view counts).
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, security threats, and content policy violations.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or selling to third parties.

4. Content You Make Public

When you seal a piece, the image and text you upload become publicly visible to anyone who searches for or views your piece number. This content cannot be modified or deleted after sealing (except in cases of content policy violations, as described in our Content Policy).

Please be mindful of what you upload. Do not upload personal information (yours or others'), sensitive data, or content you do not wish to be permanently public.

5. Data Retention

  • Sealed content: Images and text associated with sealed pieces are retained for as long as the service operates, unless removed due to content policy violations.
  • Session data: Automatically cleared after 60 seconds of inactivity.
  • Server logs: Retained for a limited period (typically 30 days) for security and debugging purposes.
  • Payment records: Retained as required by law and our payment provider's policies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Airwallex: Payment processing. View Airwallex Privacy Policy
  • Cloud hosting and CDN: Our website and images may be hosted on cloud infrastructure providers. These providers may process data as necessary to deliver our service.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data. Note that sealed content is intentionally immutable and cannot be deleted except for content policy violations.
  • Right to restrict processing: Request restriction of processing under certain conditions.
  • Right to data portability: Request transfer of your data to another service.
  • Right to object: Object to processing of your personal data.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent to process your data.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below. We will respond to valid requests within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

9. International Data Transfers

Our service is operated globally. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries that may have different data protection laws. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
